All of my sessions require a 50% retainer paid at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable cost used to secure your preferred date and time. It covers my cost of turning away other potential business which is why it is non-refundable.

Our contract is usually structured so that any remaining payments are made before your session. I understand that things come up so if you ever need to make alternative payment arrangements just mention it to me as soon as possible and I'm willing to work with you. If final payment can't be made before our session starts, your images will remain unedited and undelivered until full payment is received.

Short answer, no. For portrait clients your digital gallery comes with a full print release and you are well within your rights to print your photos anywhere you like for personal use. That said, I highly recommend ordering your prints through the professional lab available in my shop as you will have a much higher quality photo without the risk of any weird colour or cheap paper issues that big box printers tend to run into. Product clients can refer to our contract for specific licensing details.
